Ingredients: “00” soft wheat flour, butter (milk), candied figs 11% (figs, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, fresh egg yolk, water, white chocolate 6.5% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring) (cocoa butter 30% min.), natural sourdough starter (soft wheat flour, water), caramel paste mou (cream, sugar, glucose, butter, salt, vanilla), honey, salt, fresh orange zest, fresh lemon zest, Madagascar vanilla beans.
Glaze ingredients: sugar, egg white, almond flour 13%, Piedmont I.G.P. hazelnut flour 13%, potato starch, corn flour.
May contain traces of other nuts.
